Life gets busy =/ But man, there's nothing like a relaxing hike and a few smileys! Looks like a beautiful walk you had and some good atypical finds :) I'm a little bit jealous (I've found about as many as you did in this video - so far this whole year o_O)
Yes it isn't fun caching in the rain. Looks like a great walk, except for the muddy parts. Here in BC, it's been very wet in May. Hoping for sunshine in June. Thanks for bringing us along.

What a lovely 8 mile walk. The muddy pathways were worth it. Our favourite part was the canal towpath, looked beautiful in the sunshine 😃👍🏻 Trev n Sue
Hi both, yes, the west midlands does have some beautiful canal routes and walks, always surprising as we're a stone throw from Birmingham...

Lovely walk along the canal. I guess with all that rain, mud was to be expected.
It was Max, things are drying up nicely now...although its raining as I'm typing this which is typical!
Having goals helps to hike but after a while it is annoying. The hike is habit and the walk does not need frequent stops 😂
Yes, the SWCP in Devon and Cornwall proves you don't need too many frequent stops...only for a breather!

Nice on folks, we have a few long walk routes around here but cannot find the time to do them.
We've been finding the occasional cache on the SWCP, but we have to concentrate on completing the route...
