The croissants shop that your oppa bought these pastries from must be a really good one. Btw, the second pastry that you ate in this video is raspberry palmier cookies.

I think the last crunchy bread you ate is not croissant. Is just an ordinary bread with a sugar caramel lining on top of the bread that makes as a design. And that makes the bread crunchy.
