Yuzuru is absolutely the best there is. He is confident, and so precise in every fluid movement he makes!! He doesn’t even look like he skates, he floats across the ice! He is one PHENOMENAL YOUNG MAN!!
Everytime he is leaving the rink to step on the ground, he is touching the ice, probably thanking for what it has given him and to others. That is not superstition, that is a very old teaching that connects the human with its surroundings, even with the objects. This is why he is so grounded and succesfull, because he can feel the connection with his purpose in life.
