We are also on our 2nd placement of 3 sibs, and babysit the first placement (also set of 3 sibs) once a week! And 2 bios. All under 7! These were good reminders. Also have a small space and homeschool so it’s nice to hear others survive as well! Would love more of this content! It feels lonely out here!
Aww, I love meeting and hearing from other foster parents out there!! First off, THANK YOU for opening your home to those children!! I can imagine a sibling set of 3 is not easy (we have 2 of 3 sibs right now and still don't have a planned date of taking in sib#3 yet because of trying to help the first two through some things and not wanting them to fall through the cracks) and although we love them and love what we're doing, a lot of days are not easy! I totally get that feeling of it being lonely -- I feel like nobody understands what the fostering world is like unless they've been a part of it themselves... And it's surprisingly difficult to connect with other foster parents (probably because we're all so busy taking care of all the kiddos😋). Glad you found our channel!! Planning to record an update of how our current placement is going so more foster care content coming soon :)
