So many comments about what you are doing wrong. Bah Humbug. You did everything right and it all looks delicious. They don't obviously understand asian cooking where you can use 3 different soy sauces in one recipe. Can't way to try this.

Watch your cross contamination there buddy, touching your condiment jars after raw pork is a tad risky.
