Alot of pomelos get hit with wax and prayed with a chemical or two but if you can get organic or direct from farm the skin is a rich source of pectin and copper-citrate with amazing health benefits can even be used to clean water
Yes I add ginger to almost all my juices too. I'll have to pick up a few pomelos on my next store run.
