Da kommt man sich selbst doch ziemlich arm vor. 😅 Schade von Pig Beach, aber ich könnte mir sowas leider in ein Land wie die Bahamas schon vorstellen. Das wird kommerziell komplett ausgenutzt und am Ende sind sowohl die Tiere als auch die Touristen beide die Leidgetragenen. Dafür war deine nächste Station wieder mega... Direkt vom Flugplatz an ein paradisisches Strand, wo findet man das sonst noch?! 🏝️ 🥰
When I was there back in maybe 2006 or 2007 (approximately) Pig Beach had nobody there when we pulled up in our little boat from Staniel Cay. Nobody had even heard of Staniel Cay, or the pigs. The beach did not smell. The piggies swam up to our boat, trying to find food. But there were no people on the beach, and no boats in the water except our own. I'm amazed at how crowded it has gotten. It is not the same Beach I visited. I'm sorry for how it is when you got there. Too bad you didn't go in the early years before the commercialism got to it. I treasure my videos of Pig Beach and our plane ride. We had our pick of any Island to sunbathe. There was nobody around and no planes in the sky. I think the whole time we were there I saw two planes. And there were very few boats. On another note, thank you for the beautiful video view of our Lime green Cottage that we stayed in. The two story high one all the way to the right in your video.
Interesting! Maybe the pigs are now so famous because of social media, at least thats how I got to know them. Oh we loved the cottages they looked so lovely!

Lovely video, I was planning on doing it as well. I might try hire a plane from vas aviation, Last December I tried but everything was rented out already. Hope you come to visit Texas one day I moved from UK to escape the bad weather. So here I can fly more often.
People don’t realize how much the pigs 🐖 bother you for food.The water is a toilet 🚽 for them they are called pigs for a reason.You don’t miss anything about that beach unfortunately. I would never go back and see them.You think why are they on such a beautiful beach 🏖
