No it wouldn't... The F1 has very long gearing (to get its top speed) and is also a stick shift vs Enzo's paddle shifting, the Enzo being marginally faster makes total sense, and it also has almost 40hp more which always helps as well. The F1 has slightly less weight and has a bit less drag.

The Enzo was never tested in the Ehra-Lessien, but there are videos of it hitting 350 kph from normal cars with no prep whatsoever PLUS the Enzo has more horsepower (660) than the F1 (626) it's weight is not that much higher and the drag coefficient are also similar. The Enzo is also faster from 0-60 (the F1 is a manual gearbox so it's understandable). On a track, the F1 does smoke the Enzo. On all other aspects, the Enzo is marginally better. We can't forget tough that the F1 is 8 years older.

The gearing ratios are too high in Gran Turismo games for F1, this is why it also cannot reach it's 390 km/h speed

GT sport is not remotely accurate in the portrayal of many cars including these two. Every real life testing the Mclaren kills the Enzo in acceleration and top speed.
Well in one test the Euro Mclaren was already ahead of the Enzo by the 1/4 by 5mph and pulling. Mclaren trap at 142mph vs the Enzo at 136mph. They both have similar power and the Mclaren is like 400lb or more lighter. The Enzo is no match in acceleration or top speed to the Euro spec Mclaren.
The heavier, EPA spec’ed US F1’s were a decent bit slower.
@Victor Nag not really. It’s still slower on the top end than the Enzo. The US version still has a higher top end than the Enzo, between 225-227mph. So GTS got it wrong all around.
@Victor Nag the Enzo is a bit more powerful yes. They are both over 600 hp but the Enzo is much heavier so it’s 20-30 or so hp advantage is worthless. Plus the Mclaren revs faster. The Mclaren was way ahead of its time. I love the Enzo but the Mclaren would eat it’s lunch in real life. Just because a car is newer does not mean it will be faster. The old Enzo and Mclaren still mop the floor with a few of the latest super cars.
@Victor Nag yeah I know. The internet is not what it used to be. I’m going off info from magazines I read back in the 90’s. A lot of that stuff you can find freely online anymore. They actually did a test between them both I believe in Italy if memory serves. The Mclaren was definitely acceleratively faster. I would have preferred to see the numbers on a circuit track to see which would be faster. I would suspect the Enzo to be a tick faster with its far newer rubber and braking system. But it would be closer than we think I’d imagine. That’s just how ahead of its time the Mclaren was. I’ll see if I can scout online something in the way of writings I remember.
