He’s def in the top of guitarist especially in his prime. His speed was insane and I’d say even faster then yngwie. Nowa days he plays slower due to his wrist injury but still very solid
I want those heaters that are everywhere talking shit about Europe, come here to this live concert and get amazed. Joey Tempest had and still has a beautiful voice compared with those time rock singers, Europe is still making great music. There are many Europe live videos but they only go to the shows videos where they had to lip sync and they said that they have never seen Joey Tempest sing live only playback... They are so stupid 😡😠
Europe was great. Not a true glam band. Just seriously had amazing hair. But definitely not as fem as poison or Cinderella. Their image is very 80s European styled. Very dark and leather.
even in '86 Joey's voice didn't sound like the record. It hasn't changed THAT much from then to now. I suspect, he used some studio help on the records...
