    I’ve made this recipe and it is super addicting. This is how you know this is a super successful recipe: this video has only been uploaded 8 days ago and I’ve made it 3 times already… haha!!! I love it so much. Thanks chef! Would love more mushroom / tofu recipes!!

    Just made this for dinner, it’s absolutely delicious!!!! I used more dried mushrooms and the mushroom water (from the rehydration of the mushrooms) for the stock - the sauce has a nice mushroom umami taste. Thanks chef for this recipe.

      Yes you can. Alternatively, you can replace some of the water with homemade chicken stock.
