I'd love it even more if the kitchen and green space were swapped. The kitchen is the heart of the home and should be near your living area where you entertain guests.
Super Ganda Ng Layout and Design.. Magaling din presentors.. Problema Lang talaga walang Aux Kitchen, laundry area.. maganda ung kitchen then naka exposed pag nag luluto Ka ung maiitim na mga kaldero at kawali..
Dinagdagan nila ng place for relaxation pero walang area to do basic thing sa bahay like area for small auxiliary kitchen/laundry area. Mas magastos maintenance ng pool.

Visible ang poor workmanship on the ceiling beam (imperfect straight lines). Display rack top is also not straight lines. Small things can be a huge turn off specially when buying an expensive house.
