I remember Necole and the infamous Necole B*tchie blog. It’s amazing to see her pivot like this, especially into a wellness brand.

Did any body else cry?? I balled😢To hear this woman's story as I'm doing my makeup getting ready for work. Had to redo my eyeliner lbs. This beautiful, intelligent, confident woman poured into herself and into her business. The sacrifices she had to make. I suffer from pcos so I will definitely purchase this product. This entire episode was everything for me and then some. Thank you

I also had an open myomectomy march 7th . 19cm fibroid . I’ve definitely decided to change my life as well took up a major and nutrition and I’m educating myself a lot more on growth prevention! Whole Foods diet is essential less meat more greens and fruits as black woman we are divine creatures and need to put the most divine foods in our bodies to flourish!

Wow what an awesome episode! Happy to be introduced to the women behind so much! I love how she said she was giving herself grace we need to do that more.
On my journey of healing from fibroids this conversation of balancing our hormones is so important and I’m glad more women are talking about this topic (our cycles). I didn’t know she started My Happy Flo I’ve seen so much about them!

Thank you for having this important conversation, so many women would benefit from this supplement. I have had issues with severe PMS so I can relate to what she was saying about the depression and suicidal thoughts and saving relationships. Taking a probiotic daily is really important for overall health. Great conversation! Thank you ❤

My 1st period ever I bled for a whole month non-stop. I was in school barely 13😢😢. Am now 31yo. Still fighting with the pains. Underwent laparoscopic surgery in 2014. I have decided to try dieting coz I discovered Family Planning Methods or pills weren't working.

I just started checking out balanced black girl as a support for my beautiful bride… I want her to enjoy her life!
I’m a concerned husband. Is there a place for me to learn how to support my wife with this whole video’s subject matter! Wow 🤯 so much happening in there! But PRAISE GOD ❤… I began tracking my wife’s period to know how she’s feeling during the times… it’s a lot, but how can I support her without hovering? Like introducing healthy habits to help her and me at the same time. She has fibroids, had partial hysterectomy in her 20s and masses removed from both breasts over time. I know we need to change things but not sure how to help in something I know very little about and without offending her. She’s very busy in her career, I’m T1D… I would like to learn a better way.

Oh wow -- so glad you found us and love hearing you want to offer support to your wife! I think continuing to check in with her and staying as present as possible/supporting her when she's in medical care is a great step 🤎

Yeah, see how traumatized/normalized we are with heavy periods that when it's light, we think it's craaaaaazy or a problem 😂

I've followed Necole since the Necole Bitchie, I love to see her progress. I remember her saying, when she shut down Necole Bitchie, that she wanted to give back in some way. It's great to see her living her dream. ❤
