I've never tried it but I just don't see how it could work because coolant is just a means to transfer the heat from the engine to the radiator... Coolant alone doesn't cool the engine by itself... Thanks for confirming it! :)
This was my first time using a product like this, but all of the guys really in the car space they tend to use products like this early on when they get a new or used car. It has been a good thing that I started using an additive like Hy-per Cool, I am experiencing cooler temperatures while driving. Results may vary, so if you drive something that you're cautious about (i.e. foreign, hybrid, electric, classic, etc.) ask a service advisor or mechanic 🧰. I'm not a professional, just a guy trying to preserve the quality of my car.
@@JermaineThomas4050 I think I put too much Lucas oil, VVT, low velocity and my car overheated and almost blew up. I’ll give this a try. I did book super cool too but I’m scared. I got only 40,000 miles on it.

All it is is pure glycol. You can also use Evans waterless coolant but need to drain every drop of old fulid before changing over.
