    Ladies..Jab monthly cycle proper nahi hoti tab garami badhane vale food ahar me le. Jaise til, jeera, methi seeds dry fruits.. Hari Mirchi ka thecha bhi le sakte khaneke sath he in limited quantity and yoga exercises for periods follow kare(gar family badhaneke plan ho to yeh chije avoid kare).. Stress na le,healthy khaye. Happy rahe. Main yahi follow karti hu. 😊atlast healthy sharir he sabse badi property hai❤❤

    Hi mam main student hu meri age 26 hai or mere periods irregular rhete hai ..after periods mere 15 din shai hote hai or 15 din muje bhot problem rheti hai laziness graving irritated kuch krne ka mn ni krta or is wjha se meri study b ni ho pati to or Jada stress hota hai...main ek din gyi thi ek doc ke pas max hospital main unhone bus PCOS ko medicine de di but muje vo shai ni lag rahi please help tell me what should I do mera exam dec main hai or har 15 din bad mere 15 din bhot jada struggling ho jate hai 😔

    Plan one meal diet plan yeh sab se acha hai pcod or pcos m I have a also pcod and I had loss 15 kg and periods bhi regular hogya bs healthy khao or reduced jung food and sugar and I am 19 year old 😅
