These donuts were made from the leftover dough from the previous donut video.
↳ • Soft & Fluffy Glazed D...
➤Milk glaze:
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Powdered milk - 2 tbsp
Vanillin - 1 sachet
Powdered sugar - from 6 tbsp or more, depending on how thick you need it.
➤Mix sugar, milk powder, milk, vanillin and place over medium heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes homogeneous. Remove the pot from the stove and add the butter, bringing until dissolved. Cool the glaze and add as much powdered sugar as you need for the thickness of the glaze.
➤For decoration:
Peanut crumble
Peanut butter is steamed until it becomes liquid.
➤Heat the oil over low heat, and check the readiness of the oil temperature with a wooden stick, if bubbles form around the stick, then the oil is ready for frying.
