Excited to play these this year. Have been a Mizuno guy for the last 6 years but deciding on going full Callaway from now on. Plan on getting the Pro/CB Combo from 4-7 in pros and 8-pw in CB. All brands have great product in line to mix up your irons to cater to versitility in your builds which I appreciate.
Good job on review. I’m single digit… stopped in dicks other day n hit pros. After 10 strikes (7) iron.. I didn’t miss center line by more 3 steps.. oh man!! Stunned how straight they are.. I’ve got t300s now. Good yes.. but not as accurate as pros… guess I’m upgrading.. truly impressed I was
I thought the pros were more game improvement style and too much offset, I sent back for the CBs which have been on back order for two months.. that should indicate where the demand is for these irons.
Impressive ball striking. But still confused. Thought CB's (cavities) were aimed at mid handicappers to aid launch & distance. With the MB's (blades) aimed at the scratch/low handicappers who already have a pure strike. Maybe useful to give Westy a few hits to reflect a mid handicapper performance.
Not entirely true. You get different shapes and sizes of cavity backs. So whilst these are still cb’s, theyre very small and play a lot like blades, just with slightly more perimeter weighting, providing slightly more forgiveness. Really not much at all though. There aren’t many tour pros still using true blades, most are using cb’s nowadays.
I have a demo day with Callaway on the 7th. I was looking at the MBs to replace my '08 Cobra Pro MBs... I may be better trialling the CBs 😂😂😂 On the 455 and 1025… It’s just the type of steel used. 455 is harder 1025 a softer steel. It’s just metallurgy Ash for us geeks 😉
Great review and great ball striking! I think it would’ve been better to just skip reading the “tech” part from the manufacturer and just simplify it for the viewer like you did afterward
I understand you don't like marketing, but consumers should try to understand the clubs that they are being fit into vs blindly relying on the fitter. Otherwise that's just another person that could try to sell you on some BS feature that is neither important or worse yet, a false claim. It helps to know what you are being sold as it can help you decipher if your fitter is a "fitter" or a glorified salesman. Which is an important distinction
They didn't miss anything. HB is presumably owned or heavily associated with Cleveland golf with their hi bore / hollow bodied/ hybrid irons and I'd imagine they want to keep away from that.
Nice use of the word almost there my guy! For me, personally, as the PERSON REVIEWING THE CLUB…. I couldn’t feel much of a difference between both heads. Is that allowed?
Bring any decent ball striker and and do a blind test. Let me know the results. You seem like a typical millennial who is oversensitive about anybody criticizing your opinion. So what!

Totally agree mate! The iron options for all the brands are really strong at the moment
I moved from playing mizuno for years to the pro and I haven't regretted that decision.

Yeah they are super good
i hit the pro, cb and mb at a demo day recently and they were all shockingly easy to hit for clubs aimed at elite golfers
The CB are much smaller though…
Porbably one of the best short swings on the net. No waste of energy. After a couple of shots i am very impressed.
FINALLY!!! i been sick of these old face cups...waiting forever on a 455
Which is more forgiving?
Bro, what brand is that jacket? It’s so clean!

Love the rant, love the review, appreciate the energy
Muchas Gracias

Great video. Honest review. I think we're all scratching our heads with all the bull about the tech in the clubs.
Yes we are
Like the rants. ❤

Pro is a terrible name. They had an easy W and missed it. MB, CB and HB for hollow bodied.
Agree

wanna play a match on my channel?
No thank you brother 💪

You could not discern a difference in feel between these two clubs? There’s a rather distinctive difference in feel for almost everybody else…
