I'm glad to see that the fishing is improving for you . folks.
Anyway folks stay safe and well.
Harvest the spiders while can they don't stay long as you say Trojs and Rebecca licking her lips crab for tea 😅😅
Glad to see this video come out. I was missing you two. Thanks again.
Loving the under water footage mate
Fabalous video as usual .very enjoyable . thank ypu
Great haul
Good catch I’ve eaten plenty of brown crab but never had spider crab , thanks for the video 👍
If you ever get the chance you should try it as its delicious.
I've only had snow crab and king crab
Ahoy there captain and crew
Great update thanks Team Troy! Fabulous haul of Spiders and a few Lobsters. Great underwater footage too. That oblong 'box pot' with the lid certainly seems to make things easier. Any more catch & cooks coming, either on the boat or at home? Always interesting to see how you prepare what you have caught. Maybe a catch & cook playlist? Stay safe & well, regards from t'other side of the channel! 🎣🎣👍👍
Boat cooks probably more so in the summer if we get a moment. Other cook ups I tend to add them in occasionally if I remember. I have some videos I need to finish which show some cooking ways for various species but recently I have just been concentrating on trying to improve the videos which also causes them to take much longer to edit as I do everything myself. I have just recently invested in some new tech which I hope will help things speed up a little bit :)
Great stuff. Love it. Keep it up guy's meteorite mac channel Derbyshire
Put a door on your pots. easier to empty..
You should set up a trap with a camera and just stream the video. I have seen some of these and they are mesmerizing to watch.
Most of the time battery life is the main problem with a pot camera. We did film under the water the other day for 1.30hr and saw only 2 spider crabs. We will be filming more underwater when conditions are suitable.
Never can have too many crab...lobsters or prawns!
Very true
It would be good if there was a way to attach a camera to a pot, to see the catch entering. I know the battery would not last that long. 🏴
We are filming underwater when conditions are right but it will be a while until I put a video together. Often its 3hrs of filming and 30 seconds of decent or usable footage :)
That pot of spiders, better than watching deadliest catch for sure, bought a dressed brown crab from my local supermarket yesterday, brown crab caught in the uk, whats your legal size limit for your browns in cm's?
Its 14cm in the shetland islands and 15 in the rest of the uk
@@barnydrunk Its 14cm here but we wont take them until around 16cm +
@Trojwaterman 1 of the dressed crabs i got was 11cms, it said it was a product of the uk so i wonder where the factory gets there crab from
Programs getting better ❤
What do you do with your catches? Do they go to fish market or a fish monger. I really enjoyed watching your videos 😁.
Dave
Some we keep and some go to people we know. We don't sell any to fish markets or fishmongers.
Do you wear life jackets?😮
Our jackets are Flotation jackets but life jackets are also onboard
