Testing the three speed on the Savage Xl

hey my dude! Great new RC location (yes we call them Home Depot here, correct!). Savage run great bro, the only suggestion I could make to get more speed from the trans is to make it shift to second and third later. It will help you get more rpm in the lower gears, ideally you should be hitting 42-45 on the safe side with a later shift point. Otherwise great run!!!

I agree I’ve been trying to work out the shifts since the LRP .32 went it obviously it shifts differently than the 5.9 due to higher RPM but I’ve now got a base to build on also it didn’t have enough room to get top

@s.o.sSavage ya....i do the flip the second to 3rd gear clutch,deal with the 1-2 shifting,then flip it back and deal with the 2-3 shifting last...but your almost there👍
