Thailand was undoubtedly the country that surprised me the most during my journey through Southeast Asia. I initially planned to stay there for only one month, but ended up extending my stay for an additional three months. I returned once more in 2022, and I'm already planning my visit for 2024. It's an incredible country in many aspects, definitely a place you must visit at least once in your life: delicious food, friendly people, good weather, beautiful beaches, vast jungles, and more. It's my favorite country so far.

Kommt halt auch drauf an wann du fliegen willst… aktuell kostet das ein Flug hin und zurück für eine Nase gute 1300€ nach Bangkok. Und dann wird ich für 2 Wochen dort nochmals auf jeden Fall mindestens 2k einplanen.

Hi Chris! I urge you try asking the price of transportation in Thai language and see how you might possibly get a better price! Otherwise you need to bargain at least once for example if they ask for 250 you might try to bargain down to 200! Just give it a try, it’s also one way to not spoiling those who always try to overcharge tourists! Really enjoyed every one of your VDO and definitely appreciate the love you have for our country Thailand.🙏❤

I want to go back to BKK cuzz, I am planning a trip with the family for next December with family. Going to Indo too. You need to head to Myanmar my G. That is the ultimate destination in Asia. Was there in 2001 on my honeymoon when we traveled for 2.5 month all around SE Asia. We keep going back to Thailand. I was there during the 2004 Tsunami too. Got luck and was in Ko Tao..2 days later I would have been in Ko Lak for my dive trip.. everyone died including the boat captain.. crazy .. live as if it your last day.. forget the haters and don't stress.

Love it so many memories. I was just there 3 weeks ago. I'm going back in March. Its nuts at night how cops drive thru there and all clubs tirn down music. It be so packed at night. Man I love Thailand. I'm trying to figure out how to work remotely so I can move there.

As a motorcycle rider in the U.S., it's great to see those guys weaving in & out (around 7 min in the vid). We'd have a better system with less large vehicles, slower speeds, and flexibility for smaller cars & bikes.

Nice. Youre going to love it. Trust me. I been there 4 times myself. Within a week will be my 5th time. Taking my brother with me. It will be his 1st time Thailand like yourself. Any way.. to answer your question correctly ,it depends on a few things... I like to stay in chinatown bangkok. Because its a very alive and awesome place to stay. Awesome vibe over there with all the signs and the street food. At night its even better. But its also a good and central place to stay to explore Bangkok. Youre not that far from wat pho and wat arun and the grand palace but also not far from the famous mahanakhon skywalk you saw chris visiting earlier. Have a great 1st time 👍 if you would like to have some more info just ask.

@@denisehurst8505 judging by your profile picture it seems you stay there with a family. Siam area is nice for a family. Lot of family activities, and a lot of shopping malls and restaurants, if thats what youre looking for... not my favorite place, I dont like shopping too much. And if i go for a little shopping i allways buy from locals, not from shopping malls. I like to support :) Anyway, As nice as the Siam area is , it doesnt gives me that real thailand/asia experience.
Thats why I like chinatown more. Its a little crowded but you can take a hotel a little outside of the action. It all depends on what youre planning to do and what you would like to do in Thailand. Familywise siam area isnt a bad choice. Or maybe mix it up a little. Stay in chinatown for a night or 2 and after stay in a more relaxing place like siam or maybe the sukhumvit area. Also a nice place to stay with a family. Lots of malls and activities. And also calmer area's within sukhumvit to rent a hotel and have a good night of sleep a little outside the action ,but close enough to see the action.

My friend in Thailand recently got in an accident while driving a motorbike. Her head got hurt pretty badly as she didn’t wear a helmet. Honestly, I’ve never wore a helmet myself either when in Thailand but I don’t think I can ever get on a motorbike again without helmet. Be safe out there!
