a Right Helical can only be used with right wing feathers, it allows you to put the feathers on the arrow in such a way that it promotes more spin out of the arrow, in the hope of increasing accuracy. The left helical does the same thing but to the opposite direction. straight clamps can be used with either. if you are fletching with vanes instead of feathers, it does not matter left or right
Thank you! The only video out there that shows how you would adjust offset with The Jig!
Thanks for watching
Your explanation of the use of right and left claps answered my question and sold me on this jig. Excellent presentation !
The manufacturer recommends using acetone after each use (set of arrows) to prevent glue build-up. Seem pretty standard practice for all jigs.
Good tip, thank you
Nice video just got me one. But 15min on that platinum glue dang son.. I'm gonna get me super glue for my first attempt
Does it come with instructions?
Good review video.
I don't remember if it came with its own set of instructions, but it is very simple to use. Thanks for watching!
Can't you use some tape on the clamp to protect against glue build up?
You could, but I have not had great success with that. They are cheep so I just replace them when they need it
What is the difference in those?

Does the jig come with a clip?
Yes the jig comes with one clamp, either a right helical, left helical, or straight
