- spoon of butter
- chickpea paste with dried tomatoes
- green olives
- spinach leaves
- pointed red pepper
Melt the butter. Place the first sheet of dough, spread with butter, cover with the second sheet of dough, also spread with butter and cover with the third sheet of filo dough. Cut out circles with a diameter of approx. 12 cm. place in a muffin tin. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
After cooling, squeeze some red lentil paste, decorate with spinach leaves, green olive and red pepper sticks.

Тесто фило после выпечки получается твердым. Но очень тонкий, как бумага.

Filo - ļoti plānas, bezrauga kārtainās mīklas veids, ko izmanto Centrāleiropas un Austrumeiropas un Balkānu virtuvē.
Filo gatavo, izmantojot miltus, olīveļļu, sāli un ūdeni. Irdeno mīklu, kas rodas to samaisīšanas rezultātā, izrullē uz galda vai konditorejas dēlīša plānās kārtās, kuras pēc tam iesmērē ar izkausētu sviestu. Kūku cep pirms ēšanas. Miltus sajauc ar olīveļļu un sāli, lai iegūtu t.s irdenu mīklu un tad pievieno ūdeni. Šo atšķaidīto mīklu mīca ar miltiem uz galda vai konditorejas dēļa, lai iegūtu atbilstošu konsistenci, un noliek malā uz 20-30 minūtēm. Pēc tam tos sadala daļās un izmanto pēc vajadzības.
