My dream has always been to have my parents live with me once they retire. This is perfect for us. Provides privacy while still living under the same roof. I love it!
No, it's not just you. I agree, for that kind of money, there should be no wire shelves, there should be vaulted ceilings, better lighting and a larger outdoor seating area with at least a built in grill. The pantry could have been at least twice that size/deeper minus the cheap wire shelves.
I looked at a Lennar Home today in Summerfield Florida with Salesman Austin Abernathy. I was very impressed with the knowledge and Professionalism of Austin. The Houses that I saw looked Great. Thank You Austin and Lennar Builders
Beautiful built home, gorgeous fittings and space. The deal breaker for me, was how close the other houses are to you and the roof seems low. Not sure if enough room for a 6'2 person. Thanks for showing.
This setup works well for a multigenerational family. The accessory unit could either be for Mom and Dad or for a couple who are saving up for their own place. It seems it is trendy to have no door between the primary bedroom and its bath, which wouldn't work for everyone.
I know! I HATE the no door thing. But yet the closets have doors?!? Makes no sense to me! Closets need privacy but people don't? I also think the common areas could use some more lighting. The dining area could use a nice chandelier instead of just one recessed light.
Doesn't seem right without it, right? I think it's some legal thing that changes it from one residence to two, and maybe has some tax or zoning implications. But that additional suite is definitely incomplete without it. I guess you could always buy a plug-in counter top little stove with 2 to 4 burners, but it wouldn't be the same as a nice integrated cooktop, at least.
This is awesome!! This is very idea if you have elderly parents. Thank you Kaleb for sharing. We always wanted an in law suite. Are there any other next gen homes in Florida? Thank you😊
Kaleb. Long time. Hope all is well. Ok. I’m watching and commenting. Very deep entry. Nice open concept. I’ve seen a few private suites. I’ve never seen one with a stove but they have dishwashers. Guess one could get a counter top gas or electric burner to cook. Bedroom 1 staged as a living room is spacious. Now the main home. Nice but the primary bath is small. I see water I think 🐊. Would want a pool if space permits. Nice home. And that private suite great for parents or college kid returned home. Thanks Kaleb and see you next video.
Hey Cydney! great to have you here again! I had to take a week off from UA-cam as I got a bad cold that left me on the couch 😒 Feeling much better now though. Thank you for your feedback! I look forward to your comments on my Sunday video! 😊
Thank you so much for doing a video tour of this home, Kaleb! Lennar claims that these ranch-style NexGen homes were not popular here in Colorado, so they stopped building the few that supposedly exist here, which is a bummer since I’ve never seen what their version (The [Elvis] Presley 😏) looked like. 🏠🤔 Although, we normally have basements built in CO and perhaps the foundation footprint would be too large for that. Not sure. I do agree with others that a vaulted-type ceiling would have been nicer, since it does feel like a condo rather than a home. Also, WTH on Lennar having a dishwasher in the NexGen area?! 😠 The SuperHome in the Grand Collection with the NexGen suite does not have that and we pay $900K for that home here. The least that they could do is throw in a dishwasher. Grrrrrr…. Thanks again and have a fabulous 2022!
Same here in Raleigh NC. They stopped making them because they werent popular enough. It's really a shame because they assume that no one will ever NEED a next gen again for that given area. I cant see the harm in making them available to whoever wants one. But to not give that option feels unfair.
Hope these will be coming to Tampa bay Florida soon! Husband and I will be buying a house in a year and it’s my goal to find a house with a little apt for my parents to live in 😍😍😍
Find land first, then get them to build the home for you. Or you can purchase the floor plan and be an owner- builder, can be cheaper, but extremely stressful.
The kitchen in the smaller unit needs to be larger with a stove. Needs to have a living area also instead of using a bedroom . A 2nd bedroom is needed for guests or grands who spend the night or possible caregivers . A beautiful concept- needs to be all over the USA !!
Siding is cladding material used to surface the exterior of a building. It’s the cheaper choice. By code, FL homes are all built with concrete blocks. Of course there are trailers that one can purchase, which are often cladded with siding as well.
Great home. I just wish the ceiling were higher and it would be even better. I added a little over 500 sq ft lenai which include full kitchen, living room and dinning area. I purchase the home in 2021 when the APR was at its lowest and the nex gen area is currently paying my mortgage 😊
I love this House I definitely will show my Wife this House,But one small thing you forgot to show the Garage I own 2 Muscle cars I want to park inside no big deal I love it anyway 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Florida, in Kissimmee. I actually live like next door to these houses. When my daughter and I get bored we walk around and check them out. Even though we already know what they all look like . 😂
Not really I stage it very well I place a small sectional and small dinning table. It depends how u use the space. My nex gen suite is very cozy and spacious and is currently paying my mortgage
This home is beautiful but I’m surprised that all the homes now have these cheap pantry shelves and also in the closets. I have them in my house in Idaho and I’ll be replacing them with wood. I like this idea of a two homes in one.
this was nice but i've seen way better. The living, dining and tv room is nice but didn't like how other bedrooms was small. They could make those rooms bigger
Nice house but having the water in the back is probably not safe if you have younger children! And being in Florida I don't know if there is a gator issue in this area which would definitely pose another issue! All in all, very nice looking house!
The house is not worth the price no TUB’S who purchase a house without a tub . The entire house needs to be torn down and rebuilt to eliminate the second portion of the house with the kitchenette and the other ridiculous mess. make the other bedrooms larger more walking in closet space, a master bedroom with a elegant tub for relaxation
I know I’m 2 years late on this video- but am I the only one who feels like the primary house could have literally lost the smallest bit of square footage since the secondary house/in law suite has an actual living room. Even if it’s just in the open space with the kitchenette? It’s just way too small to actually put a sofa or tv or anything…
The few good things about this house is the suite and that it's new. Otherwise, there is nothing to see here. It's a quite boring, typical house that offered no esthetic appeal.
Pantry is small, patio small, no stove in other part of house, floating sinks and vanities are in, stoves that have controls in front, house to close to other houses, dark colors on walls - take out light balance. small closets
The problem with NEW homes is they dont do inspections and make sure the place is ok, you have to live in it and wait till you notice shit if wrong and complain about it.
When it comes to new construction, you as a buyer, always have the choice which I highly recommend to do an inspection once construction is complete before you close.👍

Maybe it’s just me, but if I’m going to spend close to 1/2 a million dollars on a home... I don’t want to see wire shelving anywhere.
Hmm the ones in my area are around 300k
No, it's not just you. I agree, for that kind of money, there should be no wire shelves, there should be vaulted ceilings, better lighting and a larger outdoor seating area with at least a built in grill. The pantry could have been at least twice that size/deeper minus the cheap wire shelves.
And I wouldn’t want to see a broken kitchen drawer or closet door, this makes the home seem cheaply made that these are already broken

Thanks for sharing!
Kaleb. Beautiful home. Perfect next gen home. Master on main floor is the best
Yes I knew some people would prefer that. Thank you for watching Sharon!
First floor? There’s only ONE FLOOR. Lmao… where’d you think it would be? The fourth floor? 🤡
I love that the suite has two bedrooms 😍🤩👏🏻
This makes a nice in-law apt. Or to give the youngs ones (over 20's with jobs🤣)space to be on their own.
Thank you for watching!
Same thing i was thinking🙂
This house is so beautiful man I love Florida that's my dream place I appreciate you!!!!💯🙏🏼💙💪🏼🙌🏽
Thank you for watching Martell!

Love the homes w/ In law suite!👍
Beautiful built home, gorgeous fittings and space. The deal breaker for me, was how close the other houses are to you and the roof seems low. Not sure if enough room for a 6'2 person. Thanks for showing.
I totally agree! Thank you for watching!
Two things. Add a stove to the breakfast nook and make it a kitchen ( in-law suite). Needs neutral paint.
Thank you for your feedback.
That second WIC could be a great nursery for the first year of life.
This setup works well for a multigenerational family. The accessory unit could either be for Mom and Dad or for a couple who are saving up for their own place. It seems it is trendy to have no door between the primary bedroom and its bath, which wouldn't work for everyone.

I think that the builder gives the option to put a door for an additional price.
Really like it, no stairs, good square footage. I’m just not a fan of HOAs
Thank you for watching!
What is the price for the HOA and price if there are mellow roos
wow...what a beautiful home!!!!
Thank you!
Is it possible to pay to upgrade the private suite kitchen to include a range/stove?
Doesn't seem right without it, right? I think it's some legal thing that changes it from one residence to two, and maybe has some tax or zoning implications. But that additional suite is definitely incomplete without it. It's beautiful, 8 thought all the next gen homes were 2 story

Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching!
Beautiful
Do they have separate water and electric meters?
Really nice. 👍🏾
Thank you for watching Luke!
Love but I would change the wire racks
I like this
Thank you for watching!
I would love to live in the attached home!😎❤️
Excellent like always
Thank you! Cheers! 😊

Hi I love it 👌👌👌
I'm glad. Thank you for watching!
How do we find homes like this WITHOUT HOA fees?
Find land first, then get them to build the home for you. Or you can purchase the floor plan and be an owner- builder, can be cheaper, but extremely stressful.

Can you post recent properties
Where in Florida is it?
Where in Florida is this?
Kissimmee! but they are sold out.
Where you located I like this house
Orlando FL
I'm looking for one in Melbourne this master is to small for me as well as the master bath. But it's nice for a large family.
Thank you for watching Samantha!
If I'm already working with an agent should they contact you or go straight to the builder?
Hey William, please have your agent contact the builder and they will be happy to help.
Liked the video!
Great tour!
Does Lennar have any 1 story 2500 sqft 3bdrm/3.5bath e/large gourmet kit nongen homes?
Which city I can get this house build in ?
Do we have like this model in Colorado (especially in Aurora, Denver)????
I don't know. You would have to contact Lennar for that question. Thank you for watching!
Is the first model also built with concrete blocks instead of siding?
Siding is cladding material used to surface the exterior of a building. It’s the cheaper choice. By code, FL homes are all built with concrete blocks. Of course there are trailers that one can purchase, which are often cladded with siding as well.

I been told not to buy any houses from Lenard
What state this in I LOVE THIS
Florida, in Kissimmee. I actually live like next door to these houses. When my daughter and I get bored we walk around and check them out. Even though we already know what they all look like . 😂
I'm gone call you when I have my 3.5% down!
Sounds good!
How about I just buy a lil piece of land & build 1 or 2 small houses AND live the way my culture told me to live??
Yeah we’re just going to build on our land and onto existing home. Won’t cost me 500k
I like it. Just need some twikking otherwise is excellent and reasonably priced
Thank you for watching Alice!
What the price of this home please?
I will love to see this place can you please send me the address of this place I live in F,L
WOW 😳😳😳🥺🥺🥺🥺
Why dont they have a full kitchen instead of a kitchenette? I've notice rhis in every next gen home so far.
Lighting looks bad seems too dark in some rooms only one lamp.
Do they build homes in NY?
That's a good question, you would have to contact Lennar to find out.
What is the name of this floor plan?
Presley
Get out of Florida as fast as you can.
🏃🏃🏾♂️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏼♀️
Why?
yes why does everyone say this
Only the inside was beautiful. I cant stand how the front door was wedge in there.
Thank you for your feedback!
What other communities does Lennar build this home?
So you would have to make one of the bedrooms in the apartment into a living room since there isn't one...
Not really I stage it very well I place a small sectional and small dinning table. It depends how u use the space. My nex gen suite is very cozy and spacious and is currently paying my mortgage

Can we have a peek into the toilet bowl please.
this was nice but i've seen way better. The living, dining and tv room is nice but didn't like how other bedrooms was small. They could make those rooms bigger
Thank you for your feedback Dominic.
So having a house built the builder is nasty in Florida, want no HOA sorry I was not able to go with Lennar as I first planned!
I don't understand why they built house so close!
look out. they have an h.o.a.
dishwasher seems crooked. Is it just me or does it seem cheaply built? Maybe just the tilt of the camera perhaps.
Nice house but having the water in the back is probably not safe if you have younger children! And being in Florida I don't know if there is a gator issue in this area which would definitely pose another issue! All in all, very nice looking house!
Thank you for watching!
Please single family living with ac and pool.
Not $443k anymore! 2 years changed everything!
Yes you are correct! Prices have exploded!
The house is not worth the price no TUB’S who purchase a house without a tub .
