As a fellow Portuguese Canadian, I am enjoying your videos very much. You have a lot of hard work ahead of you, but looks like it’s a labour of love fixing up your grand parent’s place. Keep showing the Portuguese ‘feiras’ customs and foods, not too many UA-camrs show the real Portugal.
Thank you. We have so much to share, it’s hard to pick what to show.
Nice job
Iba seguido a velen a... Me encantaba... Cruzaba a mi con, me iba a camiña a la playa en verano...el alto mo es precioso...
The wall is looking great! When I was in Portugal my favorite food was sardines! I ate them everyday I was there...the cod dishes were so good too! I did try the tuna pate....yummy! Well it's been a wonderful video to watch today! Love the casualness and how nice people are there...thank you!
Sardines are not in season yet. All we can get at the moment are Petingas ( little sardines ) that are really only great to pan fry. But soon I’ll be grilling them.
Thanks for your comment
Just like you have been doing stone work all your life!!! Nice job!
Thank you, just doing my best

That is so great that there's such a comprehensive weekly market nearby! Thanks for taking us with you to have a browse, i enjoy virtual field trips. And your hometown is beautiful.
Your wall rebuild and outdoor meals look terrific. There are a number of immigrant UA-camrs around Central Portugal in need of stone building help if you ever need a sideline income or barter.
I do see you're making the most of the seasons in terms of work, so it's great to get a better sense of timing with you.
Thank you for your insightful comment
Merci pour les travaille !!! 🎉🎉
Pan nuez😢 qué saudades... 😢
Thanks for sharing, I love what your doing, with your ansetral home, and how you do it. - I'm strugling to find your village, close to the Spanish border. What is the name of the river, Duero? I can't even find Sao Juliao.
It’s the Minho river.
Valença do Minho is the name of my town.
O esforço está criando forma .
Obrigado

The automatic translator shows to work
I see you look very similar to American actor Michael Landon (Little House in Pairanie) because you have a lot of black hair with a hat and your skin is very tanned in the sun.
I can almost say that I grew up watching that show
I was thinking the same.
And don't forget suspenders.🎉
