- Kinda embarrassing I got hit by his tail 3 times (I play better in my 3:02 run), but got the Godly fireball attack spam RNG and thus my first sub 3 Rathalos!! Here ya go Mr. Deaga :p
I didn't even sub-10 EX Thunderlord.
Don't expect me to do that over this lifetime!

Can't say I'll deliver anything anytime soon, tho. Got pretty burned out of GU and World... I'm trying out some memes with Adept GS after seeing some great runs using that, but I'm still just getting the hang of things AND burned out. Not sure if anything will come out of that. >_>

Deaga Adept is probably my fave style for GS, will gladly watch if you get any good runs. Just don’t use it against Rajang, tried that once cause he’s a walking weak point but holy shit I got wrecked 🤣. I may do a couple meme runs too to avoid burnout, but for me it won’t even be Monster Hunter...

Which is better valor or adept when it comes to speedrunning. And which is better for beginners?
If you google “MHGU speedrun archive” you can see the top runs ☺️. For hammer it’s split pretty evenly between valor and guild. Adept is a little slower cause the adept dodge is slow, you’re better off just using guild and having another evasion art.
Valor and adept are definitely the easiest to use in terms of not getting hit but valor has a lot more good matchups so I’d say valor is best for getting into speedrunning. Guild is pretty good for hyper monsters though, if you run 2 evasion arts you’re practically invincible. Hope this helps
