Shoma Uno is my favorite skater, above anyone else, and although it was interesting to hear his thoughts on Yuzuru Hanyu and Mao Asada, I would have preferred to hear more about Shoma’s own plans for the future, what choreographers he will use now, if he is still closely connected with Stephane Lambiel, his former coach, what benefits he got from One Piece on Ice and how he is facing its second performance in September. I read critiques of this interview on X a few days ago, but I really didn’t understand its poor quality until now. Plus, you focused only on his past experiences with Hanyu and Asada - for Asada, over 15 years ago - with nothing about what he thinks of their current ice shows and professional accomplishments. It’s too sad.

I'm so happy to see the continuous respect, admiration and close relationship between Yuzu and Shoma throughout the years, and the fact that both of them acknowledge how awesome it was to stand on a world stage together and compete with each other. I sensed nostalgia in Yuzu's message to Shoma after Shoma's retirement, too.
I miss them and i hope that they will be on same ice shows again 😊❤
