I think they are truly genius!!
I've never seen any other comic use poop, their period, queef'ing, arguing with their brain, their liver, whatever your characters are, NO ONE has used that line of humor that I have ever seen and it is
definitely a first and is so normal to us humans! You show how all of us struggle on a daily basis be it man or woman and I have to say it is freaking brilliant!

I regularly laugh out loud when Hayley's bodily functions start arguing with each other. She captures on camera exactly what was going on in my wife's head back when she was 25 and we first started dating. It took a pretty good amount of time for me to be able to understand all the self imposed hormonally triggered mental anguish. Hayley's skits brings back the memories like it was yesterday.

I was bored and lonely living overseas and I spent my NYE watching youtube videos cuz I was dead. I got into one of your shorts and damn I laughed so much, also I know someone that you remind me of her a bit, so I got nostalgic and watched hours of your videos. Hayley, hi! I found myself binge watching lots of your UA-cam videos today and absolutely loved it! It felt like I got to spend the day hanging out with a friend. I decided to comment on the first video I watched of yours and to come back and tell you how incredibly wonderful you are. I appreciate your openess, sincerity and charisma so much. I am also very, very sorry to hear about your dad being ill. I have a close friend whose dad has dimentia too. We talk about the grief she feels each day knowing that he is no longer the man she once knew. I cannot imagine the pain you both share and I do hope you are surrounded my family and friends who support you. If I was close to the Isle of Wight, I would happily be by your side in a jiffy! My partner Adam, sadly lost his mum to cancer 2 years ago and he has found the Griefcast podcast quite healing. If you haven't heard of it before, I think you might enjoy it. The host (Cariad Lloyd) interviews other comedians like herself, who have experienced grief. I hope this message reaches you 💛 xx Tania

Hi Hayley, I've been on and off watching your videos and skits for about a year now. I just came across your video about your Dad. Ive gone through something very similar with my Dad. He had a brain hemorrhage when I was 17, I was the only person in the house at the time and its obviously caused deeper scars than I thought. Im 31 now and my Dad has become a person I don't even recognise, sometimes he doesn't even know who I am. I won't lie, he's caused me so much emotional grief, I feel like I don't love him anymore. After his brain hemorrhage he regressed into being a child, everything you said in that video resonated so deep in me. I cried watching your video, the pain in your eyes, i completely get it. Recently, my older brother (only 33) has had a stroke and he's turned into my Dad post hemorrhage. After my Dads hemorrhage both of my brothers refused to have contact with him due to his behaviour, drinking constantly, complete disregard for us, verbally abusive. I spent almost 10 years still having that connection because i couldn't let go, whilst my brothers refused to talk to him. He hasn't spoken to me in almost 3 months, if i didn't hear from him for a couple of days i would chase him up. It's been 3 months and he hasn't bothered, I know he doesn't care. Anyway, im not going to say it's completely transferable, but I 100% understand everything you said in that video. I think i need some support,

I have to laugh AND cry every day (profusely!), or, like an elephant that doesn’t bathe every day, I will surely perish!
My eye doctor insists I use “artificial tears” 4 times each day, but it seems rather superfluous, as I cry at most weddings and other “joyous” occasions, but I also laugh even more! I believe that both are totally and quite absolutely necessary for any fun and functional mental and spiritual equilibrium!

If you have a tendency to get depressed and/or stressed out, a good book to read is the late Douglas Adam's ' Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy' 4-part trilogy (yes, 4-part). I found it helped me to put things in perspective, and to find humor in stressful situations.
Oh, I should've mentioned that his 4 books are the funniest I've ever read.
