Very interesting build! Here are a few things that I think are worth pointing out: I personally favor using Gagagaga Magician over Primathmech Alembertian. I rarely ever got into a situation where I would use 3 or 4 monsters to Xyz summon onto him. Additionally, If you use Gagagaga Magician and ZS - Utopia Sage to overlay into Number F0: Utopia Future, Gagagaga Magician gives him the effect to use 2 Xy units to negate a monster's effect and change their ATK to 4000 until end of turn. The REAL good part is that it sets up your ZS - Utopic Sage in your GY to banish itself in order to protect your Utopia/Utopic monsters from being destroyed. I would also suggest running ZW - Lightning Blade over Asura Strike and/or Tornado Bringer. It not only protects your Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray from destruction effects, but also your ZW equips. Otherwise, they are vulnerable to Harpie's Feather Duster, which will remove 1-2 of your negates (given Hope Harbinger doesn't deal with it). Number 39: Utopia Rising and Ultimate Dragonic Utopia Ray don't really seem to do a whole lot for your deck. Maybe you can put in other cards that will help you deal with certain decks, like Abyss Dweller, Number 41, Tornado Dragon, Exciton Knight, etc. I'd imagine Abyss Dweller + C65 would be a nasty combo to lock out effects from both field and GY. I know deck space can be a little tight, but it might be good to run some extra hand traps, or cards that will deal with opponent hand traps like Called by the Grave and Crossout Designator. This deck can quickly crumble to a hand trap or two, so you might want to run some protection once you reach high up in the ranked ladder. While the Heroic and spirit engines are good for Xyz spamming in the deck, you probably don't need that much to get a strong board up. Once the Full-Armored Xyz engine releases on Master Duel, take a look at that to see how well it fits in the deck! I'm currently having fun with it in the TCG. Hopefully this all helps! 5:29 "forgot what he does": it defends the monster attached to it against other effects. Another useful card is the Number 100: Numeron Dragon. Considering that the Utopia easily summon many XYZ monsters, you can use the Number 100 to multiply each XYZ monster level by 1000! I made this many times, the highest damage (in ranked) was about 32.000 of ATK against a monster with 0 atk (the dragon's effect active). I have it recorded if somebody is interested. The same monster have an useful effect if destroyed! Check it out!
You should choose "eagle claw" to be negate trap card (imper, evenly,...), because number C 65 can negate all monster of your opponent's control, so "pegasus twin saber" is unnecessary
I think he runs that because most of the time, the only way he goes into C65 is if he has the field spell, which he only plays one of. I’m assuming his full board is the combo he normally goes with
this was my first time ever touching the deck, i have many other ideas for the upcoming videos, i just had to start with the basics/understanding of the deck :D & i would do talking over the videos but my mic is horrible :/ thank you tho for the feedback!

If you are going heavy on how to build boards, I'd suggest a "How this deck deals with Max#C/Ash/Nib" Strats Show how you play around or play through this happening

i fought agaist this deck and i won with nordic gods deck but this deck suprised me so now I will built it

Personally, I would run Eagle Claw for Leo Utopia Ray to avoid C65 from getting impermed
