She didn't tick the 'jury' box on the form which put her client as a massive disadvantage at the fraud trial. She's making si many simple mistakes that hurt her client.

In criminal cases, the Fifth Amendment guarantees the right to a grand jury, forbids “double jeopardy,” and protects against self-incrimination". tRump is mostly protected from incriminating himself in front of a jury. He was advised by his Lawyers NOT to testify. Ultimately he (tRump) made the choice not to testify. That decision sits squarely on his shoulders, no one else's.👍
