Why didn't you just stitch weld the deck on every 100mm? Would saved so much time.
My initial thought was making it easier to get to wires and hoses underneath. But now that I’ve used it, I think I’m going to go back and weld it on lol
Why are you using multiple welding techniques through this build? Mig, tig, stick
Because I can? Lol, stick mig is what I know best so whatever needs to count is what I use. Tig I’m still learning so when I have to use it I will.

What is that type of steel called that you're using for the bed floor? So I can tell my steel guy what I want.
John James I’m just using 1/8 steel plate/sheet

John James i cut the teeth out on a plasma cutter then I used a dimple die to bend them

The deck is 1/8”
