Okay now i can find this video while searching "Isn't she lovely Victor Wooten". Before this video had just a couple hundred views now it has thousands so youtube is more likely to boost it (i think that it works like that)

this one along with the summer camp jam cover of this have brought tears to my eyes, seeing someone with a such complete connection with an instrument, able to convey an emotion through it

Bro I learned it on guitar and now I play it everyday for one year now and bro this song is like always stuck in my head but the way it is such a lovely song it never gets anoying so thanks so much victor Wooten and that random guy that posted this clip
Also it is very easy to play so if you play bass or guitar just look on internet easy to find and you’ll learn it in 30 min (the intro and basic riff) then just improvise and there u go you can now play a good song

This was a clinic Victor was giving in a small town. Probably not a clinic for "how to play music" but moreso in line with advice on life and aspects of music as an artform that Victor has to offer. I imagine that there were more people there than the 10 or so you see in the background of this video
I’m fairly certain he was hosting a bass/music camp, or was apart of it. That being noted it was also a rainy morning so the folks who are there because they want to be!
