Mit 01.01.2024 steht die eine neue Gesellschaftsform für Gründungen in Österreich zur Verfügung - die flexible Kapitalgesellschaft oder abgekürzt FlexCo. Diese soll besonders für nationale und internationale Startups und Gründer interessant sein.
Nun stellt sich die Frage was diese Gesellschaftsform und vor allem die neu eingeführten Unternehmenswertanteile für neu gegründete Unternehmen so interessant macht?
