Without expansion around the perimeter, isn’t there a risk of the wall’s mortar joints cracking? At least in the directions opposite the expansion joint.
Are there any regulations about building a garage slab over an existing sewer line running through the property. For instance adding a garage slab spanning the width of a back yard with the sewer line running out the back of an existing home out under the slab and garage.
That type of regulation is usually specific to your township or municipality. Even if the township doesn't have any specific regulations, it's still a good idea to have a professional site contractor take a look at the area before you make a final decision and start any excavation!
I assume you're referring to bolts for anchoring the building walls to the concrete pad. I that case, you can typically add straps or bolts on the ledge block before you pour the slab. This project gallery shows an example of that: www.siteprep.com/recent-projects/delaware/jerry-w-concrete-shed-foundation-in-milton-de/
Hello I’ve been in contact with you and your professional team to prep a site for a garage. Do you have anyone that can build garages ? I’ve been looking around for some honest capable contractors to build my garage. Thank you

Seriously this is built better than my house.
So how much does the job shown in the video cost?
That project came in a bit over $8k when it was done in 2020.
Where is this located?
Do you work everywhere? Needing an estimate for 24x30 garage. Just the foundation and the concrete work.
We work in the Mid-Atlantic states of the USA, generally from Connecticut/Massachusetts south through Virginia.
What about a 130 degree temp swing?
Love a tradesmen that knows his craft. Seem to be lacking these days.
We try to be always improving!

Thank you for this video! it was very informative!
One question, is there a way to add anchor bolts to the ledge block before pouring?

No anchor bolts
this is 300% overengineered for parking a lawn mower
😂😂😂
I was expecting to see a lot of flirting comments from female fans here
😏
OMG! with no rebar in the slab it will heave, crack, break and lift! fiberglass in concrete has No shear strength at all.
1. No thermal foam board between gravel and vapor barrier, under slab?
2. No foam separator between foundation wall and slab?
