FDNY still specs their heavy rescues per Hatton's design. I remember when the cabover was a Mack. Now it's a Ferrara Ultra.

At 2:24, all I could think of was that episode of The Simpsons, where Homer's arm was "stuck" in the vending machine 😂. Nice catch of Rescue 1 👍. I just realized that fire departments use all red lights when they're at the scene, and use both red and white lights when they're responding 😯.
Not true. States' laws & regulations indicate what color of lights are used for what purpose. In NY State, flashing red & white (clear) are emergency lights both responding & on-scene. Yellow is for utility such as the director arrow strips on the top/rear of the rescue. Blue flashing lights were restricted to volunteer firefighters' private vehicles but are not considered emergency lights in NY. FDNY added blue lights to the rear of many of their apparatus some years ago for better visibility but they're the exception in the state. In many states, blue is reserved only for law enforcement.

Just maybe because it's a child Maybe that child is hurt they don't know if his arm is broken they don't know if they have a gash on their arm I'm bleeding a lot just my opinion
