Pump It Up beat was crazy too but realistically Just Blaze got too many crazy joints to pick just one. His sample selection is top tier and he plays drums for real so even if he not playing them live the patterns he uses go so crazy that the beats just hit different.

Just Blaze is my favorite producer because of his versatility. Freeway “What We Do” beat is crazy but I still think his best production so far was Drake “Lord Knows”. I went crazy when I heard it the first time. Or how about Fab “Breathe”? Game “No More Fun & Games”? Marsha Ambrosius Far Away? Just so many classic production done by Justin.
Lord Knows made me stop the track and call my boy up to ask him “what the fxck is Just Blaze on???? WTF🙆🏾♂️” … 😂

New York state of mind pt.2 gotta be one of my favorite Premier beats ever, can't believe they missed that one. As a southerner who's never been to NY city the combination of production matched with Nas's picture painting lyrics made an 8 yr old me see it vividly. Shit was masterful

I've said this for over almost 2 decades. Just Blaze BELONGS on the Mt. Rushmore of producers for the simple fact that he is the 1st hip hop producer to make beats (it seems) that are DESIGNED to be played in a stadium! Lol. They just have such an epic feel to them that no other producer had done before or really since. "Welcome to New York City" is the perfect example of this.
