Not successful. Animals ate some and the rest dried out. Will try something else in the future...with more fencing.

Sweet Potatoes do not grow like regular potatoes. You grow them from slips and you do not cut up the SP.

The sweet potatoes grow off slips. So what you did is not going to work. You will grow vines and no sweet potatoes just the heads up

Sweet potatoes aren’t potatoes that’s why they don’t have eyes like potatoes, they’re morning glories and not related to potatoes in any way
