"im just gonna paint this with a loose hand since its just for my house. Nothing crazy here", proceeds to paint a beautiful wave I couldnt do no matter how hard i tried lmaoo this is amazing! absolutely love your work.
I like how you used the canvas despite it being damaged. Sometimes I make a drawing and the paper gets damaged by accident and I struggle with whether or not to continue with the drawing or start over.
I love how well you handle water. From droplets to ocean scenes, you're very skilled at this. I'm going to have to check out your patreon page cuz I am just horrible with water.
This painting is so pleasing to eye, the damaged part wasn't visible at all after the painting was done, the waves look so beautiful, thanks again for inspiring me💖☺️
Hey, I’ve been a victim of dented canvas countless times, but I’ve learned a trick that will pretty much instantly restore your canvas! If your black canvas was dented, just take a spray bottle and spritz the back in the affected area and little just lightly rub the water in for like 15 seconds and I swear the dent disappears before your eyes. It works on a canvas that’s already been painted on, but if you’ve already started a piece on a warped canvas when it tightens it may look distorted, so I don’t recommend that.
Your work is always so beautiful. I also want to say I absolutely love your studio as well. Hopefully when we move I can an inspiring place to work like this, it is just so full of life.
Beautiful work as always! 💕 I think if you'd like to make the hole in the canvas more stable, you should be able to patch the back with a small square of spare canvas, and an acid free/archival adhesive. Have you ever watched those art restoration videos? They're so addictive to watch
Cool ocean seen very relaxing like always bad ass painting by the way the paint shavings put them in a can and add paint thinner in it and create a whole new paint love them vids thank you for sharing your adventures with us be safe and keep on painting
If its just a dent at the bottom, you can flip the canvas over and spray the back of it with water and once its dry it should be good as new. I've done this quite a few times with canvases
Beautiful! I have heard you mention a few times that you are trying to paint in a more loose way. I was gonna suggest Katie Jobling's you tube channel. She teaches loose brush strokes, I think you may like it. Hope it helps.
Hi, I absolutely love your art and your videos they are so relaxing to watch. Could I ask you what you use for your time lapse ? Do you hook up a laptop while recording? Or do you use a video recorder?
Mijuki This video is at a weird transitional point 😅 all the painting footage was filmed with my old canon t2i (what I’ve used for 8 years now) but I recently upgraded to canon 90d and all the b-roll and non time lapse footage was filmed with that
Hello I Just started with oil painting yesterday. I used oil/acrylic paper, but I felt like I needed a Lot of paint for the first layer. Is this how i'ts supposed to be or are there mediums to improve that?
