About Bootmgr is missing :
Frist we know, What is BOOTMGR?
#BOOTMGR (Windows Boot Manager), a very small software in your boot volume, can read your boot configuration data and display the Windows system selection menu. It is fully responsible and essential for starting your computer’s operating system.
What happen if boot configuar is missing?
You computer worked fine before. However, just now when you turn it on as usual, you don’t see the Windows logo; you see a black screen instead, and it’s telling you #BOOTMGR_is_missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. So you restart your computer; unfortunately the error pops up again.
There are many reasons for missing the #BootMGR. Since we do not know what caused this problem. so You cannot solve this problem by applying a specific method. To solve this problem we applied different method. Any one method must working to solve this prolem. I can't explain all method in one video.
Step by step I am showing how to solve bootmgr is missing applying different method.

Don’t be nervous. You can follow my video instructions and may be easily solve this problem.
About this video :
In this video I am showing you, how to Set your hard disk as the first boot device to solve bootmgr is missing.
If the correct boot volume, usually the hard disk, isn’t set to first in your boot menu, this problem may also happen. Go with the following steps to set your hard disk as the first boot device.
1) Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart your computer or restart your device clicking your restart button.
2) Once you see the logo of your computer, press F10 continuously to on your keyboard to get into boot menu.
Note: The #bootmenu varies from different computer manufacturers. The key to get into boot menu can also be different, usually it’s F2, F8, F10, F12, Esc or Del. So make sure what is your key to find out boot manu.
3) Under Boot tab, press arrow keys ↑ or ↓ to select your correct boot volume. Usually it’s Hard Disk or Hard Drive.
Then press + or - key to move your boot drive onto the top to be the first boot device.

Note: how to select hard disk or hard drive as a first boot you can see right side on your boot menu option.
4)Press F10 on your keyboard to save your setting (Important).
5) Press Esc to exit boot menu or go exit using arrow key on your keyboard and press enter.
Your computer will boot automatically then; check to see if it works.
Note: The next time if you want to change your boot device, you can follow step 2) - 3) to get in the same boot menu page to set.

My system is qute different to the ones ive seen on UA-cam, but I roughly followed what you said. After pressing F10 to save the changed boot option the computer just turned on automatically.

1.OS is corrupted
2. You deleted a partition with Windows installed on it (Only in dualboot. Which causes the other os being locked out)
3. You configurated your PC without skills which causes to break down

Does it need usb flash drive? Mine, i go many times to setup utility but i didn’t saw any bios setup. Sad :(
Booting from a bootable installation DVD is hardly any sort of 'fix' whatsoever....

Help : go to boot order (when you have CD-ROM and hard drive) .
switch the hard drive you have in the firt.
And switch too your hard disk when you have windows in first.

When you press ctrl+all+Del than your windows restart. You continue press f10 button for bios setting.different device go to bios setting different way.so you make sure which key working go to bios setting in your device.

Denis Sannino it only worked for the first time. After I shut down my pc it went back to the Ct+Alt+Del. I got it fixed at a computer store. The problem was that I had no more space on my C:Drive, I think.
