Nice disk. I would angle the back gangs by one hole. And I would drag a 10 ft spike tooth harrow behind the 8 ft disk the next time over the fields. Be sure to use a long enough chain so you can lift the disk and make sharp turns on the ends. The first time disking sod I wouldn't drag the harrow. Go a little slower the start time busting up the sod and not to shake the tractor all over the place. I had a Farmall super MTA [about 50 horse power] with a 10 ft IHC wheel disk and 12 ft harrow behind it to level the pass out. Tom

We always went around our plowed fields it worked out good
Tie baling wire between each disk blade loosely around the disk axles and disk gang frames. Poor man’s scraper. Save it from clogging up.

With that much did u should try going over it 3-6 times. Go at different angles to try to break the sod up n
