  • Hello, my name is Matt - welcome to my channel.
I've been meaning to make a video on GAS or Gear Acquisition Syndrome for some time and here is an attempt...
Are your or someone you know affected by GAS?
Can't resist the shiny new objects?
Have to max out the cards for the latest must have gear?
If so, welcome. Hopefully I make some sense here.
Please feel free to chime in with your thoughts in the comments section below...
While you're at it why not subscribe to the channel.
    Cheers,
    Matt 😎

    User guide:
With these longer soundscapes the first minute or more is usually a clean sound check before gradually building up to the ambient improvisation - please give it a chance to build up and breathe.
It is recommended with these sonic explorations to have the video on in the background as more of a listening experience. But please do enjoy as you wish.
For ultimate listening experience use headphones or monitors if possible.
If you enjoy the music/video - please hit the thumbs up and subscribe / leave a comment...

Great thoughts on gas and gear. As Pop said- the 3-in-1s are wonderful and all worth it. Absolutely beautiful playing. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for your thoughts and feedback - really glad you enjoyed it - and agreed the 4-in-1s are the Bees Knees - manage to recover the piggy bank enough to stretch to Angry Orange, which is unbelievably excellent! Do you have, or have your eyes on any of the 4-in-1s? Cheers, Matt 😎

Great way to wrap a Saturday here in the States at midnight! You and I have been talking GAS, Keeley, and many other topics personally, and although I knew this video was dropping, you really hit me in the forehead with the personal realization of how badly I am afflicted. While I'm exceedingly gratful for the blessings of collecting affordability through hard work and effort, there comes a point where Reflection exposes one's weaknesses. I 'm now re-evaluating my overwhelming 'collection' for collections sake, and will be developing a plan to scale things back to my true wants and loves; and the Needs will have to take precedent over my Wants in this effort. That said, we both know that I'll manufacture a way to justify keeping and utilizing every Keeley I own, as they're simply not going anywhere. Great tones and pedal play as always Matt. Cheers Mate!🎉
    P.S...The new Keeley 4 in 1's are All superb! That's Good GAS~

Good GAS indeed Sir Chuck of Pop-shire!
Yes, we have had these convo's and really looking forward to doing a live panel with you at sometime for us to discuss real-time - that'd be fab!
Eloquently put about the juxtaposition of wants and needs.... And agreed for the larger part Keeley is exempt from these self-imposed GAS measures!
      Cheers Sir! 😎
