- Hey you guys 👋 In this video I will take you guys along with me while preparing my at home salon. Some of the things I purchased: portable shampoo sink, shampoo chair, hydraulic styling chair, & a 15 drawer storage organizer (which I use as my salon station). I hope you guys like this video. Hi! Where’d you get the rod and curtains from? Also, does the sink come with plumbing? If not, how did you set it up?
Hi, I purchased the rod and curtains from Amazon. The link to certain products should be in my description. There was no plumbing. Two large water jugs comes inside. 1 for clean water, 1 for dirty water. Everything is connected inside. 1 plug for outside wall.

Good afternoon, I really love your home salon! I’m about to step out on faith and, do the same thing. My main concern is the shampoo bowl. How do you like it thus far? Is the water pressure strong enough to rinse out color and, relaxers? Thanks so much in advance 🙏🏽
Hey I just sold my shampoo bowl literally yesterday. The water pressure is medium (not as forceful as salon or real water unit) , if you would like to rinse out color or relaxer you would probably have to fill the water jug up twice depending on the fullness and length of your clients hair (and to make sure your clients hair is fully clean). I hope you find this info helpful.
