- First, I walk around a buzzing night market in Alexandria, in Egypt. After meeting a few interesting characters on the way, I stop in a restaurant to eat stuffed pigeon, a famous Egyptian specialty. After eating the pigeon, I head to another restaurant, where I eat a wonderful brain sandwich, and also a kidney sandwich.

I think eating the pigeons is a special Egyptian food culture cause as I think no Arab country eat the pigeons, sure it's delicious meal wow Bon appetit !

Thank you, and yeah, I put too much treatment on the sound on my Egyptian videos, because I had to reduce the very strong noise of the cities. But that was too much... still learning.
Though it should get better for the Sudanese videos.

I like the fact they still have these markets. Better than the 'super' markets in the West owned by large corporations instead of separate people like these. These are far superior and look like a lot of fun.👍

It's true filming is not allowed. When we got to the airport in Cairo at least 3 people took my video recorder and opened it to look in it.
Impressive, Kino. I love the way you love to try different cuisine , and interact with other cultures. More important, I love the way you take on a positive look to the people. I knew people, typically American/Anglo, who would go to visit poorer countries, when they comes back, all they remember would be traffic jam, pollution and overcrowd, such superficial view. Chapeau to you and French people. I remember a french guy who spent a year in Egypt. When I took him to the airport, he was crying! I was I present and never understood him back then, you reminded me of him. I also love the spontaneousity oh the video. Finally, I hope you don’t mind people stopping and talking to briefly, its the way they show friendless and intrigue in other cultures. To talk to you, its like they talk to to people they see in tv. Keep up the good work, well done 👍
