In the original score the piano plays arpeggios during the last statement of the theme, which moves to the strings. Mercuzio keeps the original notes from both parts. The melody fits very well by being split between the two hands (in a similar manner to the "three hand" technique originated by Thalberg and often used by Liszt).

You can get the score from the arranger. It's much more useful to learn to read music (a transferable skill for life) than to watch people's fingers move, a single piece at a time.
Would you be up to doing a tutorial on the opening of that song? Seems like most tutorials change the beginning while also being in a different key.

to play this piece on the piano, the difficulty lies above all in the choice of fingering and the mixture of left hand and right hand.
Is there the possibility of having an annotated score? or a video?
I don't think I had to do anything especially creative, compared to what Mercuzio writes down. The key is to work backwards from the top of the arpeggios, so the hand position is centered around that. It often involves taking the thumb on a black key. From there you only have a couple of other stray notes to figure out in relation to the larger shapes. When there's time for the left hand to cover these it often saves the right hand having to go between two positions.
