As long as their DEI rankings are high, we don’t really care about near collisions, engine falling off, landing gear collapsing, or passengers being sucked out holes torn in the fuselage..
What are you talking about, turn off the Fox News and get a book. Have you ever even been on a plane? ALL pilots regardless of gender or race need to meet certain qualifications, training and flight hours to be able to fly commercial. NOBODY skips the training. Your ignorance is so disturbing.

@@josemanuelmanrique3725maybe you should turn off CNN. The Atlas accident in Houston was a DEI issue. The pilot who was responsible for the accident had pulled the race card in training. Consequently, Atlas (Amazon’s primary carrier) allowed him to continue through training. He froze on an approach and plunged the aircraft into Lake Houston outside Houston Intercontinental Airport. Cargo carriers are under the same scrutiny as commercial passenger carriers. United and Delta’s two incidents last year were not DEI but lack of experience blamed as pilot error.
Start with these stupid anti-DEI crap! People are not getting jobs just because they’re black or a person of color they get the jobs if they’re qualified or now they just want to diversify and allow people of different groups to get it. Nobody’s getting by because of the color of their skin I have never in my life gotten anything because I’m black and they feel sorry for me. The practice of one controller crossing. ( ground) and another taking off at some airports needs to end.
The pilots , had they been on one frequency instead if two, could have heard the error, had they been on one frequency.
Not to mention. A single controller wouldn’t miscommunicate with themselves.

How ironic that the man this airport is named after is the one that completely gutted the controllers back in the 80's and they were never the same after he screwed them over!!!
