Hi Ghib,, wow i like coffee n spaghety,, must try the one at wisma atria one day,,, sentosa n tanjong pagar too far,, when i go to orchad can stop by,,, but now will be crowded i think, that spaghety oishi so ne,, tabetai,, i forward it to my japanese friend i hope they go n try it,,😅 👍😎
there used to have authentic Japanese restaurants at the old liang court there , real authentic Japanese chief, waitress , ingredients. Japanese ambassador like to eat there as well.

The reason you kept salivating might've been due to the amount of MSG used in the dishes, which I'm going to assume is used more liberally in that establishment, compared to the others you've grown accustomed to in Singapore. The food does look great, would like to try em out myself.
actually i been there a few times lah, am quite sensitive to MSG but it seems like they don't really use eh. Cos i don't really get the thirsty feel. Their puffs n wagyu /pork bowls are my fav!!! 😊
@@sysy2685 I think it's a common misconception that MSG causes thirst, it's probably the salt if anything. The sciences so far seem to imply that MSG is fairly harmless, and I grew up eating MSG-laden foods so I don't see it in a negative light. MSG is the purified compound that gives food the "umami" taste, which causes humans and primates to salivate. Edit : Don't quote me on it as I could be wrong, I'm just somebody who reads articles on the internet and take mental notes on stuff 😅 And I've got uncle memory. But yeah MSG is an interesting substance, widely used in asian cuisines 🤤

I have learnt a Peranakan dish from my mum and i could not get the flav right i went to my grand auntie and she told me her secret is MSG haha 😝 just a little bit. I also get my infor mainly from researching online ☺️. Barista art coffee and puff are worth a visit! Hope u have a Good week online uncle :)
Tried the 2 signature breakfast with latte. Bill came up to $75+. Price wise not affordable. Also staff wasnt hygienic when she placed, folded and stacked many paper boxes using the guest benches. Eeeee!
Prices are reasonable for such set up ... coffee at starbuck or coffee bean how to complain unless compared to kpt. However, I am not impressed with the food and will probably not be back. It is unfortunate that some cannot afford starbuck or coffee bean prices to find out for themselves but ok if you missed this .. ymmv as usual. Cheers
tbh u are so right and esp with the inflation - we need to cut down on our food expenses 😊. everyday food below 10 is really good eh. But sometimes i wanna save but i crave for roti prata so i order some side of curry chicken and 1 prata with teh tarik alr 18 dollars aiyo. 😢tough times. Even drinks i try to make myself at home if i can. 😂but i guess once in a while can treat to makan all these expensive food lo.
Absolutely overrated. McCafé does better coffee too. Maybe just the desserts will do. Overpriced and don’t be expecting anything very aesthetically nice about it.
