Scholars: Never compromise in anything when it comes to religion. People of Misguidance: Compromising in religion is necessary and everything has a difference of opinion so they can accomodate for everyone's wims and desires, thus watering down their religion.

May Allah grant us His Mercy, Guide the Muslim to the truth, grant us firmness and strength and courage to stand up for the truth. May Allah remove any malice that we may have towards another Muslim and May he make us a means for their guidance Ameen. May Allah guide us all to that which will earn His Pleasure SWT. He’s your brother in Islam at the end of the day. You make mistakes just as he do, and so does the great ‘ulema who are quoted in this video. Perfection is only for Allah SWT. And every son of Adam is a sinner. Let’s remember these points.
Yo tell him about the beer and wine tax . This guy has ikhwani logic. He is clearly arguing that since our taxes go to the military , what about bars, night clubs, tobacco, should we indulge in these sins and smoke as well and sell alcohol? I immediately took caution from Muneer when I saw the title of "Mufti" given to someone who almost looks my age living in the West and who clearly doesn't fit this title. Mubtadi' Muneer would fit better.

Mufti may be wrong here fair enough, but he has erred in a fiqhi masa’il… Wallahi comparing him to Yasser Qadhi is harsh. Qadhi has major mistakes in Aqeedah & Manhaj, does Mufti say you can worship the graves and all shias and sunnis can cooperate like Qadhi?? NO

The problem is not only the "Fatwa", but the fact that he thinks he's qualified to issue a Fatwa in the first place when he clearly isn't (nowhere near the level of) a Mujtahid.

May Allah guide away from fake muftis like Menk and Muneer. Some people in the west try to use the argument of "difference in opinion" as if it is a cop for all matters.

He seems emotional. During being asked on protests he said there can be a difference between an Islamic & non Islamic nation but is there an Islamic nation even around - when he studied in one. This is propaganda, he clearly advised against it, and then said he cannot give the hukm. Which he can't because he not a qadi/mujtahid. Whoever posted this should have just reached out to Mufti behind the scenes away from the world wide internet.
I came to watch him get roasted, because he (mufti mineer) has said MAD things in the past and some serieus scholars obliterated him with facts and liked to see that again.
You can look up Abdullah El bukhari's response to him, there is a translated version.

@@user-dx8eh2vc5r Totally agree with this. However the owner of this channel is not advising him. This is more like a "I am warning against an innovator" type of thing. No need for harshness because it would not rectify him. The scholars dealt with mistakes and issues in a very wise and soft manners, the likes of Shaykh Salih Al Fawzan, Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen, shaykh Ibn Baz, Shaykh Al Albani and so on.

You're conflating two different issues. One is making a mistake, which everyone is prone to. The other is acting as a Mufti and issuing Islamic rulings when you're not even (close to the level of) a Mujtahid. Muneer is clearly not a Mujtahid and therefore shouldn't be giving out Fatwas in the first place.
'Abdullah ibn 'Amr reported رضی اللہ عنھما: The Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه و سلم said, “Verily, Allaah does not withhold knowledge by snatching it away from his servants, but rather He withholds knowledge by taking the souls of scholars, until no scholar remains and people follow ignorant leaders. They are asked and they issue judgments without knowledge. Thus, they are astray and lead others astray.”

As salaam alaykum, i find it ghareeb jiddan that the person would nullify his Islam by joining the military of the kaafir of the USA, but that very same military was used to defend the mamlakah during the first Gulf War. And Kuwait. And the armies of USA still have bases situated in the lands of the muslims to this day. The threat of Saddam is over, why are they still there? But it nullifies your Islam if you join them? I need to understand this one.

Hence we see here a beautiful explanation of Shaikh Zaid al-Madkhaly رحمه الله on whether refutations and clarifications of the wayward methodology of deviants, innovators and people of desires is considered “backbiting” or “slander” or other than that from the evil characteristics?
Shaikh Zaid al-Madkhaly رحمه الله stated : “Refutations upon the people of desires and innovation, and the open-sinners is not considered following up their faults, and it is not considered striving to find faults and shortcomings, neither is it considered an intent to expose the shortcomings and wrongs [of others] as some who fell behind in understanding claim! The affair has become confusing to him [i.e. to the who claims refutations are backbiting, slander, finding faults in others] due to his shortcoming in knowledge! Rather that [refutations] is from the same type as striving in the path of Allah with the pen and tongue due to what is in that from destroying falsehood and clarifying the truth and advising the creation.
There are so many books that have been written upon justice in refutation of the people of desires and innovation, and those who are open sinners, and they [i.e. the people of desires and innovation and open-sinners] have been debated upon evidences from the Book and the Sunnah until the truth was established and upright and understood, and the falsehood collapsed upon itself until it became known [as falsehood].”

At that point, you know that if you disagree, you can throw his statement to the wall.
It's his opinion,
If one mufti says staying in the land of disbelief is not permissible but people are going to do it anyway, those people also still need to live by something.
They still need fataawa saying, if you're staying there even though you shouldn't be then ....
It doesnt matter.

i truely understand your point on the voting. the brother has errored it that instance. its clear he has errored may Allah forgive him and give him correct understanding on this issue. but the issues of joining the army he is saying the same things. that he dont agree with it. he just gives his opiion and his point of veiw why its not corect but he is saying that it isnt correct. have anyone contacted the brother and talked to him about this issue and gave him ther proof before this audio was posted. If not then you have errored your self because his honor is sacred. the people of knowledge was pateince with the believers when they made a mistake . we suppose to be mericul to each other.
It's not a condition for someone who erred publicly to be contacted first before refuting his falsehood. He erred publicly so he should be refuted publicly

Wa Aleykum Al salaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, akhi, this mufti muneer is persistent in his bid'ah and his retarded ways, it is not just a one time mistake where he was known for salafiyyah and fighting/defending/spreading the sunnah and then fell into a one time error, rather he is persistent, and I have seen from him some hatred towards the salafis. The man is actually wicked for what I have seen from him of straight up hatred to the salafi aqeedah. The man needs to be warned against in this fashion.
The mumayyi'ah are very dangerous. Abū Muss'ab's friend promote this muftī. His name is Wasīm Ismā'il.

What does this video show. And what is this in relation with the nullifiers of islam? You do know that we have had a tremendous scholar called Muhammad ibn ‘abdul Wahhaab رحمه الله who pinpointed this on an easy basis, in form of a great book, for us with just two things:
1. Qaal Allaah
2. Qaal Rasulullaah.

He isn't even a Mufti to begin with. Only a Mujtahid can up with his own opinion. There have been scholars in history who didn't reach the level of Ijtihaad, yet they were great scholars and well-known. And who is this "Mufti" compared to them?! He's clearly not even on level of the non-Mujtahid scholars, let alone the Mujtahidoon. So what gives him the right to issue verdicts without knowledge and mislead himself and others thereby?!
