Just a quick tip: if you plan on eating spicy foods again on your channel, bring along a glass of milk. Water, despite common belief, actually has no beneficial impact as of easing the spiciness. Milk, however neutralizes the spice, making it more enjoyable. I am a Caucasian, so I have quite a sensitivity towards anything spicy. It definitely makes the food more enjoyable.
