Simpol Chicken Wings with 3 Sauces

- What’s your favorite fried chicken wings flavor? We have 3 different sauces you will surely enjoy! Best to serve to a group of people. So easy, you can cook it anytime you want it!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 1/2 kilo chicken wings (around 16 to 20 pieces)
4 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Set B (Breading Mix):
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Set C:
4 cups cooking oil, for frying
For the Sweet Chili Glaze:
¾ cup sweet chili sauce
For the Sriracha Glaze:
¼ cup Jufran Sriracha
¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Silver Swan Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
For the Soy Garlic Glaze:
¼ cup white sugar
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
