Three weeks ago, I started a job that causes me to take between 25,000 to 30,000 steps per day. Oh how I wish I could get the breaks or gotten the chance to gradually increase into this role. Are there any recommendations for someone who hit the ground running and need for their feet to adapt quickly??
I’m stuck with Kaiser and wish I didn’t live hours from Seattle or I would go see you. My pain is debilitating I had an ex ray and all I was told was you have a little swelling. That’s it..
Sir i have suffering from 2 years this problem... And so tired, many doctors, many tablets taken but not yet problem solve... So please Sir how to cure my problem

That's tought. The things you can try are take breaks, use taping/brace/orthotics and try different/better shoes

Tablets won't fix chronic issues. The best advice is to implement the instructions and exercise progressions in the video
