The final ribbon to tie around the middle and to the lei is about 15". After you tie, if you think it's too long, you can just cut them. Thank you so much. So sorry. for a very late reply.

The congratulation ribbon that I used is about 12" long, but you can put any size you like. I think around 12-16" is good. Thank you for watching
