Beautiful - clarifying & all in good humor. The simplicity of what becomes complicated only when we divide to understand that which we are. Whole.
So happy to have discovered your talks.

It’s more than this. I’ve had bizarre situations since awakening where I trigger people around me into either lower or higher (more positive) states. I’m not reacting emotionally to it. Rather, I’m observing people I know behave in ways that are out of character *for them.* When your energy awakens, it’s possible to both affect (and become more aware of how you affect) the people around you on a subtle, energetic level.

Sure, just be careful not to get yourself into an ego trick that any of those is of your doing. Planets also affect in a subtle way our emotional states, our actions, thinking process, how we react to and how we impact others.

Igor said the way to deal with this emotive state was that one must be fully anchored in witnessing state. I concur and share what I did when I was working on this stage.
    1. I found I needed to increase my vibration level so I could better observe my thoughts and emotional body so I could catch this emotive state before I reacted. I increased my meditation from 2 to 6 hours per day, adding other forms to it like qigong, sungazing and barefoot nature walks.
    2. I found I had to be willing to let go of my interpretation of the happening, to stop the mind-chatter which was the root cause of the emotive state. I was able to do this by looking at a particular interpretation from all angles, to discover that my POV was a narrow perspective and not truth and was often harmful to self and others to insist it was. After that realization if I felt provoked, I found it much easier to just internally shut up and witness.

PhoenixTools woah 6 hours a day? Damn good job. I am learning to stay in high vibrations through out the day and meditate once every other day especially when I started getting too hot I thought I would burn. I am impressed. I know it's a few years later😂

The witnessing state comes and goes. Some days last.longer than others. Other days it's hides from me completely.
